Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Introduce Harbour Shipping’s logistics and freight forwarding services.
• Generate qualified sales leads.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Build positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Previous telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
